How do I know how many yards I need?
Measure the square footage of your beds (length × width), then use the calculator above. As a quick rule, 1 cubic yard covers about 108 sq ft at 3″ depth — which is the sweet spot for weed suppression and moisture retention.
Do you install in areas with existing mulch?
Yes. If you already have mulch, we can install fresh mulch on top (most common), or remove and replace for an additional charge. Let us know what you’re looking for when you book.
What’s your service area?
We serve Metro Detroit, including Wayne County and Oakland County. If you’re nearby but not sure, give us a call — we can often work something out.
How far out are you booking?
Spring and fall are our busy seasons. Booking typically happens 1–2 weeks out, but we’ll always give you the earliest available date when you confirm.
Is there a minimum order?
Our 1-yard pricing is available for smaller jobs. For the best per-yard rate, most customers order 3 yards or more.
Do you offer edging or bed prep?
Yes — we can add clean edging, bed reshaping, and weed prep to any job. Mention it when you book and we’ll quote it with your mulch.
